Some photo person should tell me if I’m wrong in thinking the new Nikon D90 sounds totally awesome. If this is the way the future is going I’m not too scared.
And don’t worry, Mom, I’m kidding about the Christmas thing. It’s not awesome enough to forfeit the next half-decade of Christmas presents.

I’m not worried, exactly…just remembering with fondness the artsy years when Sculpy clay, pompoms and pipecleaners were at the top of your Christmas list. The most extravagant item you could come up with was colored pencils from Switzerland. I could wrap a box of foil and a packet of sponges and you were thrilled…I could fill half your wishlist without even leaving the kitchen.
